Sad. Considering how hard fans fought to preserve the cultural legacy of the Browns, it’s a pity that the current management has not seemed to keep the faith. Their priorities are elsewhere, and it’s not like the on-field results vindicate their approach. Tony Dick was, by all accounts I’ve seen, a solid successor to the beloved Dino Lucarelli as the head of Browns alumni relations, but his position has been vacant for months.
Apparently it’s not just Bernie Kosar who’s been marginalized.
