You’ve surely seen and read plenty about the Browns through this busy off-season, training camp, and pre-season. So who’s gonna make the team? Go on the record with your 53-man roster prediction and you could win a signed copy of Brown for the Count: A Compendium of Cleveland Browns Lists by yours truly, mailed straight to you.
Just use this form to name the 53 players you think will be Browns on opening day. Whoever gets the most right wins. It’s that simple.
Start here for an updated glimpse of the Browns current roster. But keep in mind that the final 53 (the 46 players active for the Eagles game plus seven game-day inactives) often includes new players added after the league-wide final cutdown date.
Here’s the only catch: you’d best enter right now, because this contest will be locked upon the kickoff of the third exhibition game, this Friday at Tampa Bay. The winner(s) will be from among the entries received before that game kicks off.
You can paste names into the form, or just type them. Don’t stress spelling, as long as it’s clear who you’re referring to. Please use first and last names, because while there’s only one Mingo in the league, “Williams” without a first name won’t fly.

One entry per person. If more than one entry from an individual is received, all such entries will be disqualified. Entries will be accepted only until 8 p.m. EDT on Friday, August 26, 2016.

Winning entries will be determined by the greatest number of correct names submitted. A correct name is the first and last name of a player who is listed in the official NFL Gamebook for the Browns/Eagles September 11 season opener as an active or inactive player. Players on reserve lists (e.g. suspended, injured) or the practice squad are not included. While correct spelling is not required, incorrectly spelled or ambiguous entries may be overlooked during the scoring tally.

In case of tie, the entry(ies) received earliest will be declared the winner(s).

Determination of entry eligibility and winner(s) is at the sole judgement and discretion of the contest sponsor, Browns Plainly and Interspiral Press.

At least one prize will be awarded per 100 valid entries received, rounded up, with a maximum of five prizes.

Entrants are required to provide a valid email address, which contest sponsors will not share with any third party for any purpose.

Winner(s) will be contacted by email to provide a U.S. mailing address to receive the free prize. Failure to respond within 96 hours of that email will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. (Prizes will be mailed outside of the U.S. only upon receipt of additional shipping costs.)
