Though he won’t play tonght, I’m glad to see that wide receiver Andre Davis is on the road to recovery and probably won’t miss the season opener against Indianapolis. Lips were tight about his knee injury until this week, when the diagnosis was revealed: a strained anterior cruciate ligament and hyperextended knee.

Also on the injury front, both Jamel White and James Jackson are dinged, so it will be interesting to see how long William Green plays tonight and who else sees time in the backfield.
