Answer to #36: Marty Schottenheimer’s Kansas City Chiefs, on September 30, 1990, embarrassed the Browns, 34-0, a score which included two touchdowns on blocked punt returns. Amazingly, the Browns would be shut out by worse margins twice more that season.
