I’m a little late with this, but it’s still of interest to note that the Browns have announced the 2003 inductees to the Cleveland Browns Legends. This select group includes all Browns Hall of Famers, plus former players chosen by combination of an elite panel and fan balloting. So here then is the complete list of legends:
