The Charlotte Observer reports today that rookie sackmeister Julius Peppers may be facing an automatic four-game suspension for dirty urine. This would help the beleaguered offensive line of the Browns, who host Peppers’ Panthers on December 1. The second overall pick in this year’s draft, Peppers is nothing to sneeze at, with ten sacks and four forced fumbles in nine games. The Panthers will already be without star DT Brentson Buckner for the Browns game for the same reason.
